I am currently accepting harp students of all levels, ranging from beginners to advanced harp players. I have been playing the harp for 24 years and studied with both Mary Roman and Ulrike Matanovitch. My studies with Mrs. Roman include my Undergraduate Degree in Harp from Valdosta State University. I studied with Ulrike Matanovitch at the Musikhochschule in Vienna, Austria for one year after completing my undergraduate studies.
I am also a member of the Suzuki Association of the Americas, a Member for the Bay Area Chapter of The American Harp Society, and a member of Harper's Hall. I have also started a public school harp program in San Mateo at North Shoreview Montessori Middle School.

My Teaching Philosophy:
- It should always be fun!
- Each student has unique abilities- such a performing with a great stage presence, being a fast learner, having a beautiful tone quality, or being a great ensemble player. I will focus on each students natural strengths, and continue to build on them while also improving upon any weak areas.
- Hard work pays off! Natural playing ability is not as important as having a great attitude and a willingness to learn. I believe that a student can accomplish any musical aspiration they set their minds to, as long as they are willing to invest time and practice in an efficient way.
